Overview
Creativity Warehouse offers structured and unstructured arts and crafts classes, promoting learning and idea-sharing among patrons. It encourages the formation of new friendships among like-minded individuals. Our goal is to be a hub for families, artists, and crafters of diverse backgrounds and skills. We warmly welcome corporate team-building events, birthday parties, and special events for both adults and children.
Tommie, Owner, Ceramic Instructor
Tommie launched Creativity Warehouse because she wanted to spread her love for clay and unite people through arts and crafts, including kids. With over 20 years of clay experience and 35 years of crafting, she aimed to build a space where everyone could come together to unleash their creativity and connect with others.
Annie, Wheel Instructor
Annie started throwing in high school and continued ceramics through college while pursuing a degree in biology. Ceramics is her lifelong hobby and she enjoys helping her students explore the wheel.
Harry, Owners Husband & Clay Artist
Harry has been very instrumental in helping Tommie reach her dream. He has over 25 years of experience in clay work mostly on the wheel. He enjoys working with studio members and sharing his clay knowledge.
Kristy, Ceramic Instructor & Studio Assistant
Kristy started learning ceramics 9 years ago and has been painting since she could hold a brush. Before moving to New Mexico, she worked as a production potter for Deneen Pottery in Minnesota. Since then, she’s formed a passion for teaching others about both mediums of art. Find her work on Etsy @kristymgreenart.
Maura, Ceramic Instructor & Studio Assistant
Maura Fowler started exploring through clay as a young child when her mother took pottery classes as a hobby. As a true passion, she continued to work with clay throughout school and received a bachelors of fine arts from Texas Tech university in 2014. Maura’s favorite things to make in clay are sea creatures, cactus flowers and cereal bowls.
Pat, Ceramic Instructor
Pat (Patti) has been creating with clay for more than 40 years. She has enjoyed sharing her love and knowledge of clay with students of all ages for almost as long. Over the years Pat has explored both hand-building and throwing on the wheel including working as a production potter.
Stephanie, Fused Glass Instructor
Stephanie Baness, a former litigation support analyst, followed her passion for glass art after studying at Sheridan College. Now based in Corrales, NM, she runs Moxie Sorbet Designs, crafting fused glass furnishings, jewelry, and tabletop accessories. Each piece is meticulously designed and handcrafted by Stephanie, blending beauty with function using vibrant colors and distinctive shapes. Steve, Ceramics Instructor
Steve began his love affair with clay in kindergarten when he made his first clay creation. Ceramics classes in junior high and high school intensified his passion for clay. Learning Japanese Raku technique in high school, and building and firing a traditional wood-fired kiln was a pivotal experience. He went on to study ceramics as a Fine Arts major at UNM, then later started his studio in Corrales, NM, producing functional stoneware. He's excited to share his love for clay with his students and hopes they catch the passion he did.

We host these next door at La Salita once a month so you can enjoy snacks and an adult beverage while you create. No experience needed — just bring your curiosity and we’ll take care of the rest!
